eFaxの退会方法

このような、海外系の有料サービスは退会がたいへんです。入会は支払い方法を書いてボタンを押すだけですが、退会のボタンはないのが普通ですし、下記のやりとりのように、(けっこうしつこく)継続を勧められます。日本も昔、銀行口座をクローズするときなどその支店の成績にかかわるのか、理由を聞かれたりしたものですが、そんな感じもしました。ちょっと違うかな。
eFax自体はそこそこ使える良いサービスだと思うのでニーズがある方は利用されていいと思います。退会も英語でちょっと(相当)めんどうですが、10分ほどのチャットのやりとりをがまんすれば止められます。このチャットは24時間365日サービスのようです。
